Sydney Burckart practices in the areas of estate planning, business planning, alternative energy leasing, and trust and probate administration.
Sydney was born and raised on a farm in Lewis County, Missouri where her family has raised corn, soybeans, and wheat for over 50 years. She graduated from Highland High School where she participated in marching band, basketball, and several clubs before attending Maranatha Baptist University in Watertown, Wisconsin. There she studied English and Piano Pedagogy and was involved in choir and athletics before graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2019.
Soon after, Sydney and her husband moved back to Missouri so she could study Law at the University of Missouri – Columbia. While in law school she was an associate member of the Business, Entrepreneurship, and Tax Law Review. She was also an active member of Christian Legal Society and worked as an Intern at Haden and Colbert. She earned her law degree with a Tax Law Concentration in 2023 and joined Haden and Colbert as an associate soon after.
Sydney and her husband, Brendan, are active in their local church and enjoy travelling to Northeast Missouri and Chicago, Illinois to visit family.
