Elissa Hendren is the Director of Operations at Haden & Colbert. She started in 2015 as a Legal Assistant and worked her way up to Office Manager in 2017 and gained the title of Director of Operations in 2025. She now manages the firm’s human resources, finances, billing, client relations, and legal assistants. Elissa graduated from Van-Far High School in Vandalia, MO, where she was heavily involved in FFA, 4-H, and athletics. She then moved to Columbia in 2011 where she attended the University of Missouri, and she received her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education – Leadership degree in 2015 and her Master of Science in Agricultural Education degree in 2017. Out of the office, she spends her time with her husband Andrew and their son, Hudson Hoyt. They enjoy many outdoor activities together like softball, hunting, and fishing.
